Originally from North Carolina, Arthur was lured to Austin in 2007 by the city’s food, music, and “Keep Austin Weird” vibe. He loves to travel with his wife, son, and dog on their many adventures. When he’s not doing something with his family, you can find him wrapped up in a book.

What was your favorite TV show growing up?
“Full House.” I grew up in a large family with four sisters, so I could relate to the show.

If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would it be?
Alexander the Great. He conquered the known world in his early twenties and, due to his leadership, allowed many other cultures to thrive.

What is the number one item on your bucket list?
Visit all 50 states and see all the National Parks with my family.
